Many other so-called "Flurry" icons on dA are just not so detailed.

sorry but flurry is copyright of IconFactory, you cannot use that name, many of the icons made by random people in the name of flurry got pulled off from various sites due to copyright. But I love the work ^^.. btw you can name the icon, The Incident (Flurry Inspired) Icon that way you are not using the name as the icon and actually pointing at that particular icon set :)

just use "flurry-like" I guess. Sounds kind of like an abuse of copyrights to not allow people to use a simple name. Did they file a DMCA with Dairy Queen for using the name flurry too? :p

big designing firms like iconfactory take copyrights seriously and no its not the abuse, I strictly stand by what they do.
